Sure hope I have not written this wrong for years. He spells 14 gauge caudet needle. I have always written Coude. This is for insertion into the epidural space.

Spinal stenosis is ONLY of the spine and is not found in other parts of the body. I do ortho and the previous poster is incorrect. That's why it's called 'spinal' meaning of the spine. Stenosis can occur in other parts, but spinal stenosis is only of the spine.

The addition of the S/L nash or natch from the spinal cord stimulator electrode could cause an increase in the degree of spinal stenosis and a neurologic complication because of the stenosis secondary to the herniation.
