"breech" as you did. A dead give away that an MT most likely wrote that message. Muscle memory is hard to overcome. You unwillingness to go private to show your true identity didn't bolster your claim of being genuine. You were right about this not being a place for MTSO executives. Per the AAMT BOS it is preferred to use the spelling of of this word and other British/Canadian/Australian versions of words as they are spelled in the country for which you are transcribing them. So, that would be orthopedics here in the US.
