Speech is minimally ___tabulatory. Can't think of anything!

Patient has a brain tumor and is depressed and slow and just wants to go home, so it should mean he is giving minimal effort in speech, I suppose.

p.r.n. at beginning of sentence
Subject: p.r.n. at beginning of sentence

I type on a verbatim account. In the medication list when they dictate p.r.n. Tylenol, for example, I have been typing P.R.N. Tylenol.  I cannot verify this in the BOS.  Many people type P.r.n. Tylenol, which I think is not proper.  What do you think is correct?  Thanks.
