Sorry... It is, "Pt is here for follow up of MRI of the pelvis. It basically shows an osteo discans illei.(ILL-E-I {with a long I})" Of course the MRI report is not in the electronic medical record!! He is notorious for shortening terms--drives me CRAZY!
