Oh, dear! This sounds like "mela enteritis." I am sure that I will hit my forehead when I find out what he's saying.
The phrase is: "...he also had some mela enteritis and sepsis.."
It might help if I mention that the dictator has a thick Nigerian accent.

new docs today and a phone ringing in the background at just the right spots. i just don't think coughing, sneezing would have to do with hand pain lol
chief complaint: hand pain.
female with numbness, tingling, and paresthesias involving the nerve root distribution for several years. It is not made worse with s/l coughing, sneezing, or Valsava maneuver.

Hemoglobin and hematocrit are like 14 and 42.....hematocrit is supposed to be about 3 times the hemoglobin.......so I presume dictator is speaking about the hematocrit....and so if the hematocrit is 36 then the hemoglobin is 11-12........and these are slightly low...
hence, anemia.......
