anybody ever heard of what i'm assuming is the slang term "callies?" It actually sound's like "ka-leez," like the short slang term for "california" in the plural. it was used in the context of a juvenile hall exercise in which people shout out/call out as a group. it was something that the patient enjoyed as a group exercise in releasing anger. i couldn't find this with an online search.

You won't find it in any reference books since it is slang for urine toxicity. I think the most common way to write it is as you have done - UTOX.

Rison is a slang word for a boil. When I was a little girl growing up in Alabama, that's what my grandmother called a boil. I'm not sure how you would spell it since it isn't a real word.

It get's used enough, that I think most of us type it, and it will end up in the dictionaries before long. But it is still slang. Should I leave this as is, or change to something like "I recommended to her to see a gastroenterologist? Not a verbatim account. Just looking for opinions, I am leaning towards changing it.
