I doubt you could get all that with one keystroke. I don't have anything with just one key stroke. You could, however, try something like endx that is 4 strokes, but the whole thing would pop out. Here is what I do cad = CAD, cadx = coronary artery disease, and so on.

Dictator says in physical examination section:
Foot incision clean, healing nicely. No abnormal pigmentation or evidence of re OR rec___?????
The tape cuts out, but I'm hoping this may be a pretty common thing when talking about wound healing... I'm pretty sure it starts with an R, and maybe an Re and then the tape cuts out and then it maybe ends with a ch. ???
