Subject: Several cc or cc's

Is it "several cc" or "several cc's"

I know cc stands for cubic centimeter(s) measuring volume, but I have seen it so many places abbreviated as cc's when it is plural.

Does anyone know if the apostrophe "s" is right or not?

I wouldn't think it would be right since apostrophe "s" usually goes with possessives or contractions. I didn't think it would work for anything else...help!
