ganglion/synovial cyst in the anterolateral "sad" pad region. I never heard of this before. Does that make sense? I'm stumped. Thanks!

I have been stuck on this for so long. The Dr is saying There is extensive adenopathy involving the retroperitoneum, gastrohepatic ligament, peripancreatic region, and polykegel region. I have no idea what he is saying. Does anyone have any ideas?
