Subject: SM-TIA

Patient remained ICU. Remained intubated. Unable to wean her due to respiratory insufficiency. Incidentally patient was found to have infected port with lice. Patient was treated with s/l Quail __________lotions and s/l Quail__________shampoo today. She still remains on Bumex drip and dopamine drip.
