Could it be 150 as the units and the smaller numbers are the volume, i.e 150 units/3 mL, 150 units/6 mL, 150 units/9mL, and maybe those doses are meant for morning afternoon and evening? This is a long shot though, I would flag that and ask QA what is the best way to handle that.
