The doctor says: He remains on s/l dimanos and cranberry, has had no urinary tract infection is 6 months although he still sees bladder shells.
I must be off on my spelling and have tried every variation that I can think of, but I'm having no luck. Any ideas, anyone?

Thank you, pdq, but I don't think that's what he's saying. This patient has C6 tetraplegia and uses the Mentor 450 Self-Cath. I wondered if it was a medical device of some sort, but he lists this dimanos as a medication too. I'm beginning to think he's using some sort of slang, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out. Looks like he may get 2 blanks for the same term.
