SC2?

He does have point tenderness about (s/l SC2) and some on either side of the trapezius muscle. 

ASSESSMENT

Intermittent chronic neck pain.

What is SC2.  I know it has something to do with the musculoskeletal system but not sure if it is muscle reletated or skeletal?

Any thoughts?

• SC2? - nyt
  • Maybe he is saying "about AT C2". - Passing thru
  • could it be just C2 - the cervical vertebrae? - nm
    • Not sure - nyt
