The patient has a brain tumor.
She is also on Zofran as needed for nausea associated with Temodar, Lamictal 200 mg at bedtime and Zyrtec one daily as needed for sinus congestion.

He also recieved cycle for-se-mide chemotherapy and developed hemorrhagic cystitis subsequent to that.

it is a narcotic. Is the drug s/l Hydro A-Pak used for the diabetes, hypertension or the kidney stones? or something else.

But/apap/cf is really an abbreviation for Butalbital-Acetaminophen-Caffeine.
