sickle vs sickel
Okay, I just have to gripe. This is at least the FIFTH time I've changed my spelling of the word. The first couple times I thought I just did a dumb goof, but now it's happened again--after I changed everything.
Did someone change the spelling when I wasn't looking? This is SO frustrating! Yes, I'll make a note of the QA person, but it may not be the same one all these times. It's not a dig to anyone. I just want to know how I could've missed this so many times.
While I'm at it, how does everyone type Alzheimer's disease, when used like she has Alzheimer's disease. Or just, plain Alzheimer's, which is also often dictated. I've seen it both ways, and would like to know one and for all.
Thanks for the vent and the info!

I don't hear an L sound - widely would have been my best guess, but it really doesn't sound like it. His inflection makes it sound like a two-part adjective, like topsy-turvy. He says "Vulva: Diffuse whitey-warty lesion on the left side...." I can't verify anything like that. I don't usually have to blank or flag this guy's reports - this might be the first!
