Here is a link to an awesome website it contains almost every piece of surgical equipment known to mankind. I couldn't find gyrus cautery, though, so maybe he is saying something else. Can you give the whole sentence?

I'm doing a report for placement of a Zimmer TM-100 ______foam cage at the C4-5 level. Neuro reports of this sort take me so long because I have such a hard time finding and documenting the instrumentation that they use! I've checked my reference books and googled, to no avail. I can't seem to figure out the first part of the 'foam' word for this cage. It sounds kinda' like zylofoam, tanofoam or tilofoam. Arghhhh!

with toxicology? I have a patient who has insecticide inhalation with a diagnosis of organophosphate toxicity. They are intubating him and are using atropine to dry up secretions, but the doc states that if this does not work that "s/l two pan or tupan" would be the second medication of choice???
