I'm transcribing labs for a pulmonologist who says: "Blood gas 7.464355and90%."  I'm thinking the 7.46 is pH and the 90% is oxygen saturation, but what does the middle value stand for? And how is this transcribed correctly? Commas or slashes between the values? Thanks in advance for anyone who gives this a shot.
I'd trust that one more! I'm no patent expert!
