CT cervical spine:  He says, "Chronic degenerative changes with spondylosis, particularly at 3-4 and 5-6, with a small amount of retro s/l repeats at the 5-6.  Negative for fracture."

This time she says it as "2 #45 K-wires" so I think the first "#" in front of the 2 was a mistake. I'm guessing she means "two 0.45 K-wires."
