Hey - just found you all - I'm stuck on what sounds like "surpijonant". In context:

Mammogram findings - globular tissue with multiple superimposed somewhat surpijonant lucent areas…  cirpigeonant, cirpigenant???

I'd appreciate a lead on this mystery if anyone has any... L.

The patient had a mammogram done that showed dense S/L: Para or periconlone?

This is from someone who mumbles and stumbles over words all the time, so I'm not sure how helpful my sounds likes are going to be, but I'll give it a try.

"Mammograms were performed and compared to previous studies available.  There was no [s/l change breaths or chains breast] or heterogeneous [s/l stem cell?].  There is a rectangular density in the superior portion of the right oblique view, which may represent a residual from a previous [s/l porta or porter] drain."

Would heterogenous stem cell fit there?  I think that's possible she's saying that, but not sure if that would be from a mammogram result.  I haven't heard that one before.

Is it BI-RADS or BIRADS?

This patient has breast pain and lumps that have been followed for 6 years.  He discusses her old mammograms showing what sounds like

Barret's category 2 findings, benign in nature.

Sounds like additional Presop views.

an irregular area of enhancement  "demonstrating a suspicious _________ curve adjacent to the tract..."   Sounds like washout?  An area where a prior biopsy had been done. TYIA.

Examination at this time demonstrates diffuse fibronodularity in both breasts.

That's what it sounds like.  Any ideas on what the word could be?

Plastic doc.... Innomed or Innamed breast implants/??

this is a biospy of the breast with pathology report showing

extensive calcified and hyalinized fibroadenomas nodule.  Full size grossing adenosis and foreign body granuloma.

full size/four sides not sure, what this is.  Any ideas?

these calcifications would be admenimal  to stereotactic core biopsy.

Patient with breast cancer.

Patient has nipple retraction and s/l tepicular thickening in the posterior region of the right breast. 

This is pertaining to a breast carcinoma. I know what it means, but am not sure how to write it.  I was wondering if someone could help me with the correct way to type this:

"She is classified as a T2 N3 MX."

grade 2 over 3 breast carcinoma.

I know there are grades 1-4 but 2/3?
