I can find teratoid but that is a tumor. This patient had multiple skull fractures and I cannot find "teragoid" anywhere.. any ideas?

I can't tell if the doctor is saying "zygomatic maxillary fracture", "zygomatica maxillary fracture", or "zygomatic or maxillary fracture". He is flipping through papers and it gets a bit muffeled. Should it just be zygomatic maxillary fracture?
