Under the HPI, the patient says that after a prolonged plane ride he noticed pain in his calf *leh-foh-LUM*. The assessment later is pulmonary emboli.

Half-low oxygen?  Dictated:  He was placed initially on (s/l) half-low oxygen and then BiPAP and was sent to the intensive care unit.

I just can't find this in my resources:


On CT it was a 2.5-cm lobulated density with *s/l glucose aved*, which was read as 70% probability of showing neoplasm.
