 repeat liver function tests, consider TSH, ANA, serum plasma and PTA.  I know I do not have the last two right- but it sounds like serubo plasman and PTA?  Any ideas?

I cannot find this disease since I am not sure what the first few letters clearly are, maybe a French name, again not sure.  The patient has an elevated bilirubin, abdominal pain and vomiting.  The doc suspects this disease rather than an obstruction.  The disease s/l Jobear's or Joulbar's or Yolbear's.

I think you're looking for Gilbert syndrome. A French pronunciation would sound like what you're hearing. It's an error in bilirubin metabolism.

My report is on a person diagnosed with bacterial endocarditis, with progressive respiratory failure, pneumomediastinum and 103F temperature. an x-ray showed air under the high diaphragm. the white count was elevated to 18,200 from which 50% were (s/l) run. Am I hearing correct? Also, an EGD showed several  s/l "oon takes" in the stomach.  If you can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks
