Doctor spells Mirajet. I cannot reference this. Used the drug reference, a drug site on the web and also googled restless leg syndrome as well as different spellings of the drug. I am wondering if it is supposed to be Mirapex. Any suggestions?

or even itchy legs. Unfortunately it is possible he is quoting the patient's description. If you are sure, I'd do it as you have it, with the quotes. If you aren't sure, then I'd blank it.

For a patient who had back surgery and then came back with severe leg spasms. She was treated with IV Ancef, IV fluids at 80 and IM Toradol every 6 hours. She was on a PCA, which was later stopped and changed to oral medication. She received IV Decadron x 1 for the spasms, IV Pepcid x 1 and PT/NOT was ordered.
What would the PT/NOT stand for?
