saying "cleared" but I know she means the uterus was cleared or expressed of clot. Any ideas?

It sounds like small but can't be because he calls it a large clot.

Could he be saying "ring incised" meaning he feels the incision from previous surgeries. Could it be he is saying uterus is "ring sized?"
