  • This is a surgery the doctor is referring to - qtxan
    • Foramen ovale? - NOLA
      • Pt has pulmonary nodule - qtxan

s/l "photopenic" right solitary nodule of the thyroid.

Observation of resolution or decrease in size of her nonfunctioning nodules as well as evidence of ___________ function in other nodules suggested that none of these are at significant increased risk for being malignant.

There was no s/l medius and lefinopaptine? No other hypermetabolic activity in the lung.

a repeat sl-PEE was done which showed normal left ventricular wall thickness.

this is pulmonary ESL--patient has suspected pulmonary hypertension.

dr says pt has pulmonary TS and LAM---does TS stand for tricuspid stenosis and does LAM stand for lymphagnioleiomyomatosis?

I know there is such a thing as Fogarty catheter, but I there is no way I can hear that!

doctor states that he did a full pulmonary function test including s/l *theo*. 

Does this mean theophylline?  Never heard it abbreviated like this, so I am scared to guess.

Also, does anyone hear of Tricore Radiology in NJ area? (if that is how it's spelled)  TIA :)

oxygen saturation is improved than what it was in the hospital when patient was on a high s/l *con mask*.

Pt with upper RTI with dry occasional productive cough. There was no "sitterwitting", hemoptysis, fever, chills or headaches.

What could this possibly be?

Ok, this can't be right!  It sounds like the doctor is saying the patient recieved either pulmonary toileting or pumla retoileting due to hypoxia?  Any suggestions?
