The doctor says, "V code Parent-Child Conflict."
I am assuming I am providing the V-code? I wouldn't type "V code", right?
Right now I have it as: Parent-child conflict, V61.20.
She never uses V codes, so I don't know what she usually says...

Little boy is diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety Disorder and has major stressors with primary support group and school...Dictator says under plan/recommendation:
s/l CAP profiles will be sent to school.
Anyone know if it is CAP and if yes, what it stands for? I cannot find it.

I googled this but didn't really come up with much..It did mention some type of Behavioral Healthcare Management Software. Has anyone heard of this?
