 I have misplaced my good psych book since I have not used it in quite a while.  I am looking for an adjective that s/l verboting or forboating. 
 The sentences are as follows:

 Dictator describes the patient is inconsolably tearful, then says "appears incontinent of affect."  I have never heard an affect being termed incontinent.  A Google search did not come up with anything using that exact phrase.  Does he mean she can't control her affect or mood, like one would not be able to control bladder????

 Has anyone heard of "edging" or inspecting things out of the corner of the eye?  It has to do w an autistic child who appreciates parts of objects and inspects things closely. psych drug help

 had been doing well on Concerta 27 mg, he also takes s/l depico or dipico 750 per day, as well as s/l productava.  He had been previously put on Prozac and did not do well on Prozac, but that was before he was on a mood stabilizer.
