HEENT: Normocephalic. Conjunctivae are pink. Sclerae are anicteric. PERRLA. EOMI. Normal dentition. He does have evidence of smooth red tongue and angular celitis. No pharyngeal lesions. Trachea is in midline. No thyromegaly. No cervical or supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
