Would it be transcribed as 40 and 4 weeks (as dictated), or changed to 40 and 4/7ths weeks? As dictated, it looks odd to me. TIA.

Do they dictate gestational age by the 7ths for days of the week? Would you type it 25-5/7 week gestational age?
