Holy crap! This is a verbatim account but follow BOS guidelines as well, so I don't know what the heck to do. If no one responds I'm gonna leave it as-is, but I'm a-hopin' someone out there will tell me I'm being silly and there's some cardiology lingo I'm just not hearing right.
