Subject: Please help - small bowel obstruction
This entire one is kicking my butt, anyone have a clue what words could be filled in here?
HISTORY: Abdominal pain.
FINDINGS: (Gassy) (sounds like istiltation) is noted of the small bowel. Degenerative changes noted within the (sounds like rockel) lumbar spine and (sounds like isolate destruction) is noted of the left tip.

Subject: small-bowel when to hypen
I have been having trouble with hyphens lately. I usually have typed small-bowel disease. Now I get small bowel Crohn's disease and think that there should be no hyphen because it precedes an adjative and not a noun. Is this correct? Thanks all.
Could be small bowel if you are in the intestines/colon.
