exactly what she is referring to before making the decision to transcribe bilateral.  She may mean bimalleolar (ankle) edema.  If that were the case, bilateral ankle edema is very different than bimalleolar edema, which would mean 1 foot versus 2.  If you can leave it blank and get a response back, that is the best idea.

Lots of "mommy to be " sites have this term, acyclinic or acyclidic..but cannot confirm it on any medical site.  Anybody know?  It is when baby's head is engaged into the pelvis but tilted at an angle.

I then entered the space just anterior to the ampulla of the vesae.  The vesae were then elevated upwards and divided and both seminal vesicles were then disected out completely.  The right seminal vesicle was torn inadvertantly but was completely disected out.  I sent this as a seperate specimen.  The post seminal vesicles and vesae now completely disected free, I developed the plane posterior to the prostate and anterior to the rectum.
