A 1-cm incision was made at the base of the umbilicus, the anterior abdominal wall elevated, and a Veress needle inserted and phisoperitoneum created.
I am unable to verify the term phisoperitoneum. I can find physo, which means to distend or inflate with air or gas, which would make since, but the dictator is spelling it phisoperitoneum.
