On a chest CT, says peripheral ___ density, s/l it starts with an F and sounds like fibr-something, but I can't tell if he adds a syllable, and he is really unclear. Thanks in advance!

Just 1 reason why Internet availability for MT referencing is an invaluable asset. DEXA is not a valid term. The ISCD (the society that sets the standards for bone density scanning) termed the official “spelling” to be only DXA in 2002.

I question "Cardiac size and cardiovasculature" and also have a blank.
"Cardiac size and cardiovascular" are normal. No infiltrate or pleural fluid is seen ___________ trachea is midline. There is no hilar enlargement.

Don't know what the CT of the chest is for, but I would bet money that you are hearing "protocol" as the second part of your s/l. Go back and listen for that.
