The most important thing is to learn how to do research and how to frame a question so that you can get a useful answer. If you learn how to get the answer and know it is correct, then you are on the way to doing a good job as an MT.

I work for two people....

One person tells me to put disc for spine and disc for eyes. This is for a neurology account. The other person tells me to use disk for spine and disc for eyes. This is for neurosurgery. I still am not sure which one is correct though I just go by what the person prefers.

I know a ton of QA people and I do not know any who are employees who make any more than $17 tops.

I know some companies that pay ICs more than $17 (just two), but that's it. Many try to get away with paying by the line, which you do not want to do because you will bust butt and make nothing.

I'm from the Southeast but I certainly know where the Grand Canyon is. I've heard of the Black Hills of South Dakota. I know where the Rockies are. The Adirondacks aren't some tiny "local" thing, it's a whoe mountain region. Now I see why we have a game show that asks if you're smarter than a 5th grader.

A Potts (pot--??) scissors were then used to form a hood. It had been marked with a marking pen prior to division
Bull (Markable--??) dogs were used to obtain control of the artery proximally and distally.
The vein was sewn to the arteries using a 6-0 Prolene (pulling) suture in a circumferential--?? fashion.
The wound was then closed (enclosed )in layers using a 3-0 Vicryl suture in the subcutaneous layer in a running fashion and a 4-0 Vicryl running subcuticular (subventricular--??) closure.
The patient was brought out from (and) monitored anesthesia care--?? and taken to the recovery room in stable condition.
Sponge, needle, and instrument counts were reported to be correct at the end of the case--??.
