Rison is a slang word for a boil. When I was a little girl growing up in Alabama, that's what my grandmother called a boil. I'm not sure how you would spell it since it isn't a real word.

Yes that is right UR needle, sometimes they will a UR6 needle on a needlepoint suture passer, etc.
