My question is the "X" - it s/l X or F or S with X being my best guess, but I do not know what it means so I'm having troubles verifying it. Does anyone know?

I thought I was losing my mind when I heard "beetle nuts." Now that I have this information, I'm writing it down for future reference. We have a lot of Asian patients in this practice and it is probably what he was dictating. That's what I like about this business - you learn something new EVERY day!
