Parkinson's by itself like... Parkinson's may be causing his weight loss.
Is ('s) correct, without it it does not sound right.

I have Parkinson's disease. It is named after James Parkinson who diagnoses it in the early 1900's I believe. Anyway, it was my understanding that the new correct post would be without the "'s". Simply "Parkinson"

'Sinemet' is right, as it is also used for 'restless leg syndrome.
I could not find 'Anasep', but found 'Atamet' instead.
