The above knee popliteal artery was identified distal in the adductor canal and dissected out behind the knee and encircled proximal and distal with silastic tapes. A large calcification of both vessels was noted. A s/l Skanlin tunneler was used to create a subcutaneous tunnel.

When talking about tonsils, is there more than one tonsillar fossa? When talking about the nasopharynx, is there more than one choana? Docs never distinguish whether plural or singular!!

I know with the tibiofemoral angle it is usually 7 degrees (or low numbers).
