with s/l recession quality registering as a s/l V; however, she did have one respiratory effort, which was marked as acceptable and she did show improvement post bronchodiltor with respect to her FEV1-FVC.

I work for MedQuist and something similar happened to me. I somehow pushed the wrong combination of keys and my autocorrect became corrupted. I called tech support and they guided me through setting my computer back to a prior date and my expansions came back. Good luck! I was so relieved as I have thousands of reports saved, as well as even more of the usual shorter expansions.
