Subject: Outlet syndrome
outlet syndrome is where a rib or attached muscles are impeding the flow of blood. I would look in vascular sources and possible surgical repair.

Is dysmetabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome used interchangeably? In this dictation the doctor refers to it in the past medical history as metabolic syndrome and then in the assesment/plan as dysmetabolic syndrome.

I can't quite figure this out, and my spelling must be too far off to catch a clue. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
