He says intracameral --- but I cannot verify anywhere.  Does he mean intracanalicular?

I am not sure if this looks right but this the sentence that sounds like it is being said.  I am wondering if "pub" is short for pubic??  Thanks for the ortho help, as I am at a loss in this area.

Osteopathic manipulative treatments were performed using muscle energy, Jones strain/counter strain, 7 stages of Spencer, leg tug technique, and a pub technique.

I think he is sayign something that sounds like spiniatrophy...I really cannot make it out but he has said it in more than 3 reports. I was wondering if it was spinatus but there is no S, also it could be two words???

Dr. Says:  The right knee has some minimal diffuse swelling, but no point tenderness or erythema.  No pain with movement of the patella, medially or laterally.  No increased (s/l play) with varus or valgus stress.  Negative drawer and Lachman test.

Could play be the correct word? 

Doc is saying "posterolateral interbody fusion with s/l REMP grafts and gutter fusion" 

REMP?

Sounds like "Dirock" procedure for index finger dislocation.

I'm working on a transcription for Orthopedics, and I'm not sure what the doc is saying before "cervical lodosis".  It sounds like "attended", but maybe someone could give me a second opinion?  Here's the sentence:

There is a "Scotty dog sign" and an "Earle sign."

Scotty dog sign refers to a view of the lumbar spine in which an outline of a dog can be seen.

Earle sign refers to a bony prominence or large hematoma on rectal exam.

Maybe these are what you are looking for.
