It sounds like the dictator is saying the interval between the EC and FC was approached in the ulna through a Boyd approach. My question is what is EC FC?

2 sentences? would it be left ulna fracture or left ulnar fracture? At this time, I think she is doing very well with the healing of her left ulna fracture. I would recommend continuing on protected usage, but she can discontinue the splint.
Also for this sentence too....X-rays show the proximal third of the ulna fracture in good position with good callus formation. tia.
