I know this may not make any sense at all, but this is what I am hearing . .
The patient is going to proceed with a reversed shoulder arthroplasty. She may necessitate a left s/l lan transfer rangeropathy at the same time.
It has been a very emotional week here in North Port FL with the murder of a young mother, so I am drained and not 'hearing' well. Tx

Rotator cuff tear. . .
The tear appears to extend into the infraspinatus as well. I did assess some posterior cuff musculature in the terry’s area. His anterior cuff looks fine with the subscapularis intact and the biceps centered in the groove.

Attention was then turned to cannulating the s/l GATE or GAIT?. This was done with the assistance of a C2 catheter and a Glidewire. Once the GATE or GAIT? was cannulated, this was confirmed with the pigtail catheter and the proximal device. Thanks.
