Subject: Ophthamology question...

I just started an ophthamology account and it seems to me that the doctors again and again say something along the lines of "right eye 20/50 J 14 occular 11"  Anyone happen to have any ideas?  Thanks!

Sounds like sniff over pocket technique and would be used on an ophthamology op report.  Has anyone heard of this and if so, can you provide a reference?  Thanks in advance!

How do I type the SA6VAT?

Does this sentence make sense?  Athough the word Valsalva is in my word book, I'm uncertain as to whether it fits in this context.  Thanks!

I do believe this gentleman's weightlifting with frequent requirements of serious Valsalva and increased intrathoracic pressure then translated up to increased intravascular pressure in the retina is contributing to his macular edema.
