Thanks for the input, y'all. I almost coded, but eventually sent it on. I decided he was trying to say "triquetral isthmus," or so I hope! The only other thing I could get was "electrophysiology & radiofrequency ablation." It didn't sound like any of the others I'd typed in the past, frankly. Sure do appreciate it!
Now I think I need to find someone who can do a quick ECT on me, and I should be fine by the AM...

Y'all: This one is a blankety, blank, blank report in every way possible (SF, dictator, the whole bit). I would've cut my losses and moved on, but this has been dictated so many times I'm already screwed, so here goes. Procedure: electro_______ & radiofrequency ablation (pt has atrial flutter). This is what is all over the report: ___tr*q*l?_____ isthmus. Those are the main letters I'm picking up. Can't find it anywhere yet.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Gotta get back to this. I'm already down for the count thanks to my selection for the evening.

She states he had a "pizza" and had a stent placed with percutaneous translution (does she mean transillumination?). and then I'm done. The doctor is saying benzapine. I've heard of cyclobenzapine, but not benzapine by itself. It actually sounds like she's saying something like s/l habenzapine, but I think may just have misspoken, but I'm not absolutely sure.

I have tried looking up night splints and cannot find any that have a name that sounds like that.
