is used for severe depression and a couple other things. Sounds barbaric but it is making a resurgence and found to be effective.

Quite easy if they stick to the prescribed "script". I was used to the CC, HPI etc. It is quite a "culture shock" to do a SOAP note after that but easy enough and fast enough. Most use their own template etc.
