ORIF in abdomen?

ABDOMEN:  Soft, tender and redness on the left side of the patient's abdominal wall during examination.  The patient expressed feculent material coming from the ORIF incision site, along with air.

I have never heard of ORIF referring to the abdomen.  Any idea what else thise could be

Under 3.5 s/l executed magnification, the interval between the FCR and radial artery was utilized.

What's missing?

In this op note, the doctor says a "one five recon plate" was trimmed to the appropriate length, and I placed a "one five" screw distally.  Would you agree this should be transcribed as 1.5 (as in mm).  He didn't say mm, and I won't go so far as to put mm in the report.

sounds like surgeon is saying feltapping cortical screws.  TIA!

The patient was given s/l cephanicol for muscle relaxation.

sulfanicol? cefanical?  Can't find anything that s/l these.

ORIF of forearm  - this dr is a great dictator and speaks very clearly but does this make sense?

The anterior approach of Henry was now performed.  Care was taken to preserve all neurovascular structures.  The fracture site was **** s/l rarely *** delineated.  A butterfly fragment was noted.  The fracture was now reduced and the butterfly component was provisionally pinned with small K-wires.

Reduction was obtained and held with pointed reduction clamps, and a Synthes 8-hole 3.5 DC s/l "Kavi"  ______ plate was affixed....

Patient has a stenotic superior mesenteric artery.  Doctor is giving the findings of the CTA and says, with no pauses:  "She has findings suggestive of progression of a high-grade approximately 80-90% stenosis of the proximal 1 cm of the SMA cascade collaterals."  I cannot find "SMA cascade collaterals".  Should there be anything between SMA and cascade collaterals like a comma or something.  (Doc always uses fragments, not complete sentences, so it's not easy to separate things)  Anyone heard of this?  Thanks very much!

Whole sentence: She had s/l doy abdomen,  mild pneumonia, and CAT scan nonspecific from free-air, obvious abdominal catastrophe, but she was treated with Zosyn antibiotics in surgical consultation, as well as respiratory consultations for ventilatory management. This sentence does not make sense!?!

I am in the abdominal part of the exam.  She says

She has a negative obturator and negative s/l salaside- plus she is coughing through the whole thing.

I transcribe every so often for a visiting doctor and when he does the abdominal exam he always says, "abdomen is soft, non-tender, no masses(?) but he's putting a "megaly" at the end of it.

I've googled all possible words and have come up with nothing. I know mastomegaly is enlargement of the breasts but would he say that for an abdomen exam, on a man?
