OP help

Under conscious sedation by the anesthesia department, the temporary tracheostomy tube was removed, which was a 5-French endotracheal tube.  This was removed from the trachea after he was orally intubated.

A # H s/l ______Fraley was then slipped into the trachea and then S/L insuflated.
