OP help

Any OP out there:

Doc is doing an AV fistula and talking about some type of loop.  Proceudre goes:

With the patient anesthetized, the right upper extremity was prepped with Betadine scrub and solution and draped sterilely. A small incision was made just proximal to the antecubital fold and the cephalic vein was dissected free at this level and control with ________loop. The cephalic vein was then dissected up distal to the second aneurysm and encircled with _____vessel loop.
